The luxury Bantry Bay apartment Sea Breeze is located on a quiet coastal road between Sea Point and Camps Bay. On the 3rd level of an exclusive apartment building called Seacliffe, Sea Breeze offers breathtaking sea views from all the front rooms.
Originally two units that have been converted into one 3 bedroom holiday apartment, the flat is unusually large and spacious. Sea Breeze has been refurbished to a very high standard with luxurious wood and marble finishes; it has a chic retro style with polished curved surfaces and the attention-grabbing bay window in the lounge that frames the view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Each of the three bedrooms is en-suite and has been decorated in tasteful, neutral tones. Master bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom with queen size bed and third bedroom with twin beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all cookware needed for self catering is provided including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the apartment. A twice weekly maid service is included. Linen and towels are provided. A reserved parking bay is available for guests.
Bantry Bay is known as a wind-free location and properties in the area are considered premium. Centrally located in Bantry Bay, Sea Breeze is just around the corner from the Ambassador Hotel, 2 minutes drive to the beaches of Clifton, and 10 minutes drive to the V&A Waterfront and downtown Cape Town.
