Budapest Attractions
Budapest is richly endowed with natural springs of thermal waters possessing various medicinal properties, and it is these that supply the city’s many thermal baths.
Visitors to Budapest will quickly see how it has managed to blend several centuries of architectural and cultural heritage with all the innovations thrown at it by modern life.
Budapest is not only famous for its thermal baths, but also for its remarkable caves, some of which are open to the public. The two are linked, of course: the caves were formed by thermal waters in the first place.
