20 Somerset Sereno is a luxury self catering unit located in Somerset West near Cape Town. Comprising of 2 fitted bedrooms, a full bathroom, open plan lounge with a fully fitted modern kitchen including stove, fridge, microwave, coffee percolator and everything required for preparing and serving meals.
The main bedroom has a queen size extra length bed, night stands and reading lamps. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and two bunk beds with night stand and reading lamp. Towels and linen are supplied except for beach towels which guests should bring with them.
There is easy access to the N2 highway for trips into Cape Town city and also for visits to the Cape Winelands districts, beaches and seafront facilities at Gordons Bay, and the Strand. Some of the most famous and world renowned South African wine producing estates are located between Somerset West and Stellenbosch including Spier, Helderberg, Vergelegen, and Blaauwklippen. Golfers are particularly well catered for in the local area with the Erinvale Golf Estate, Strand Golf course and Somerset West Golf course.
The local Somerset West shopping mall with shops, cinemas and restaurants will adequately satisfy any shopaholic. The primate sanctuary "Monkey Town" is just 3kms from Somerset West where visitors can actually walk through the walkways with monkeys roaming freely. (open 7 days 9am to 5pm)
Traveling from Cape Town International airport to Somerset West takes approximately 30 minutes
