for up to 6 persons.
The villa is situated on Suikerbossie Hill & Klein Leeukop
in a security estate with exquisite views into the beautiful Hout Bay Valley,
Each apartment is fully equipped for self-catering purposes.
Bed & breakfast is available by arrangement.
Laundry/dry-cleaning services are available.
All apartments have facilities for internet connection, telephone, satellite TV, & safes.
The two 2-bedroomed apartments have their own private gardens & the 3-bedroomed apartment has it's own private entertainment decks.
Large landscaped garden with indigenous foliage & trees, water features with night lighting.
Pets are welcome.
Llandudno, Hout Bay Beach are close
with many fantastic restaurants, pubs & shops in the Hout Bay Valley.
Fully fitted kitchen includes washing machine, microwave. Dining and lounge area. TV, DVD. Designated lock up garage.
Booking, Deposit and payments
To secure a booking a 50% deposit is required. The full balance to be paid on arrival.

Cancellations
No Shows: 100% of the booking cost will be still be due. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance of 50% will be deducted from the credit card that was initially supplied to secure the booking.
Shortened Stays: 100% of the full booking will still be due if we are not able to secure a replacement booking. If we are able to secure a replacement booking, you will be refunded. Any discount offered in order to secure a replacement booking will also be levied as part of the cancellation costs. All cancellations will result in a 10% cancellation fee of the full booking cost.
30 Day Cancellation: 25% of the full booking fee will still be due. If a replacement booking is secured, only the 10% cancellation fee of the full booking cost will be levied. Any discount offered in order to secure a replacement booking will also be levied as part of the cancellation costs.
21 Day Cancellation: 50% of the full booking fee will still be due. If a replacement booking is secured, only the 10% cancellation fee of the full booking cost will be levied. Any discount offered in order to secure a replacement booking will also be levied as part of the cancellation costs.
Anything less than 21 days: 100% of the full booking will still be due if we are not able to secure a replacement booking. If we are able to secure a replacement booking, you will be refunded. Any discount offered in order to secure a replacement booking will also be levied as part of the cancellation costs.
Cape Town Attractions
One of the first noticeable sights that visitors to Cape Town see is Table Mountain, Cape Towns most famous landmark. Residents will tell you that the mountain has a different look every day depending on the lighting conditions and cloud cover, suitably named it's tablecloth.
Lying at the foot of the mountain Cape Town central is full of interesting and well preserved historical buildings. It's unique blend of cultures is evident throughout the city. Adjoining the city is the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront with shopping malls, eating places with harbour views, and entertainment for everyone including live music. Champagne cruises, helicopter trips around the peninsula leave from the harbour regularly.
Only a few minutes from central Cape Town are the beachfront's of Sea Point and Camps Bay or across the bay the increasingly popular Blouberg beach, ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Traveling the roads around the mountain there are magnificent views including the spectacular Chapman's Peak drive.
